Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel your order within the first hour after purchase. Please email us as soon as possible at info@attegastudio.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
The invoice reflects the billing information provided during checkout and cannot be modified afterward. If you need assistance, contact us at info@attegastudio.com.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. For European orders, we use DHL Parcel, and for Spain, we ship with CTT.
Shipping rates vary by country and are detailed on our Shipping and Returns page.
Estimated delivery times are listed by region on our Shipping and Returns page.
You can check the estimated shipping date on the product page of preordered pieces. Notice that if you place an order containing different pieces it will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date of the preordered item.
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs do not include local import duties or taxes, which may apply to destinations outside the EU. These must be paid by the recipient. Attega is not responsible for any customs-related charges or issues.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of delivery, including discounted products.
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unused
- In perfect condition
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any delivery issues must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Returns sent after the 14-day period will be refused and returned to the sender. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.
To initiate a return, click the link provided. You will be redirected to our partner REVER, where you’ll need to enter your order number and email address.
Once the return is approved, a shipping label will be sent to your email for download.
Please ensure:
- Each return must be registered and sent individually.
- Returns containing multiple orders in one package will not be accepted.
- Only authorized returns will be accepted at our warehouse.
Yes. Return fees are deducted from your refund:
- Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: €5
- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €15
- Europe (Zones 1 & 2): €15
- UK & Ireland: €20
- USA & Canada: €30
- Rest of the world: €35
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 1–3 business days of arrival. Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider or bank
- If issues persist, reach out to info@attegastudio.com
Yes. One free exchange (for size or product) is offered per order.
To request an exchange, go through our Return Portal using the provided link. Once approved, a replacement item will be sent automatically, free of charge.

We design and produce thoughtfully, prioritizing proximity, quality, and timelessness. Our pieces are made in Spain in limited runs, working closely with local artisans and workshops. We strive to make conscious decisions in every part of the process.
All orders are carefully packed using materials selected with care — always looking for the most respectful and responsible options available. We avoid excess and prioritize simplicity.
