Important: Shipping costs do not include local import duties or taxes, which may apply to destinations outside the European Union. These must be paid by the recipient. Attega is not responsible for any customs-related charges or for parcels rejected at customs.
The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Attega offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery on all orders, including discounted items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- In their original packaging
- With the original tag intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Any issue with your order must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender. Return costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer one free exchange per order, either for size or product.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Click in our Return Request.
- You’ll be redirected to our partner REVER.
- Enter your order number and email address.
Only returns that have been registered and approved through REVER will be accepted at our warehouse.
Attega is not responsible for packages returned outside this process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
