Orders are prepared within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. For European orders, we use DHL Parcel, and for Spain, we ship with CTT.
Estimated delivery times:
· Spain: 1–2 business days
· Europe: 1–5 business days
· UK: 2–4 business days
· USA: 1–4 business days
· Rest of the world: 2–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times are estimates. Minor delays may occur due to payment, stock, or customs processes.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
We offer one free exchange per order, either for size or product.
Return costs vary by region and are displayed during the return process.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For destinations outside the European Union, local customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
For shipments to the UK and USA, a “Duties” line will appear during checkout — these import fees are paid in advance, so no additional costs will apply upon delivery.
